**February 6, 2007* - HP announced their new line of Officejet Pro printers today, including the J5700 All-in-One series, the Pro K5400, and the Pro L7000 All-in-One series. The printers are all geared toward business users and make use of the company’s Vivera inks, designed for plain paper office printing. All the new models are expected to be available in March 2007.

The new HP Officejet Pro portfolio offers improved printing speed at small business-friendly price points, and includes three high-performance HP Officejet Pro All-in-Ones, three new HP Officejet Pro single-function printers and a new low-cost HP Officejet All-in-One for entry-level buyers.

The HP Officejet Pro L7000 All-in-One Printer series wraps numerous functions into a single unit including print speeds of up to 12 ppm for black and 10 ppm for color at laser print quality. According to HP, operating the new printers is up to 25 percent cheaper operating comparable laser printers, with color page costs as low as 6 cents per page. The three new Officejet Pro L7000 printers will be available in March, starting at $299 MSRP.

In addition, HP announced an entry-level All-in-One model, the Officejet J5700 All-in-One printer. That unit is priced at $149 MSRP, and is also slated for March availability. The HP Officejet Pro K5400 Printer series delivers fast, Laser Quality Speeds and up to 25 percent lower cost per page than in-class laser printers, with comparable print quality and reliability. This series is expected to be available in March starting at $149.
